I hope you are all having a great week! In this weeks team blog posting I found 2 articles that I feel are very relevant to our company.
The first article is about the use of viral videos to increase sales. Viral videos are a really great tool to create buzz but to also inform about what you are offering. Often times these videos are light and entertaining, but at the same time they are telling a story or catching your eye with humor or shock factor. As most of you know already, Drew is actually working on a video for the sales team now! It will be a great addition to the many tools that we have at our disposal as of now.
As we have learned this week already, technology isn't perfect. Though we would like to never have an issue with what we are offering as our product; sometimes issues come up. In this next article we can take away some ideas about how to handle issues and flip a bad situation into something that in the long run can be beneficial. Now I am not saying that what we read here is the end all approach to dealing with issues, but certain aspects of how their situation was handled we can take and use the next time 411247 is down and we start getting phone call after phone call with complaints.
